Once your pup's order has entered preparation, it cannot be cancelled and will be non-refundable. To cancel an order, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated after confirmation and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel orders to ensure everyone's safety and quality standards.
